I did alot of research on companies to replace my hybrid battery on my 2013 Prius and chose GreenTec Auto. This has been a great experience from initially contact to installation. I spoke to Casey in Customer Service and she made sure to answer my questions and provide details needed. I had my installation completed at the Rex, GA location and Lyric was my technician. She was also very helpful and friendly. I asked a lot of questions and she never seemed annoyed. In fact, she mentioned it’s best to ask questions up front and she was happy to answer them. The store manger was friendly also and helped me complete my check out fast and easy. Highly recommend based off my personal experience!!

I needed a new/refurbished hybrid battery during a staffing change at our local outlet. Despite this everything went flawlessly! Since I live a long distance away and was waiting, the agent prioritized started on it quickly and despite several necessary interruptions had it ready much sooner than promised! I rode with him on a brief test ride and was ready to head home! We saved about 50% compared with the dealership; almost $2,000 of savings! Why not? I highly recommend both this approach to repair hybrid batteries and this specific ddalership!!

I also spent quite a bit of time reading discussions on PriusChat, where Greentec was highly recommended by many Prius owners. I recently had my hybrid battery replaced by Greentec and the experience was great. Keldan came out to do the replacement and he was on time, professional, and very helpful. We needed a new hybrid battery for our Acura ILX. Diagnosed code P0B3B. It had several problems come up including the IMA. The Greentec mobile install tech Keldan called to verify ETA and came on time and explained everything and answered all questions while installing. He knew his stuff.
